Peel the potatoes, rinse with water and grate them or cut in very small pieces.

On the top of the shredded potatoes, grate half of onion.

Chop the other onion and cut in small pieces the meat.

Mix the meat with the minced garlic, salt, pepper and thyme then mix it with the chopped onion and with the potatoes (squeeze the potatoes before mixing with the meat)

Stuff all the mixture inside pork casing.

In a pot, boil water with a pinch of salt; when the water is boiling, add the sausage and boil it 10-15 min; after boiling, take the sausage out from water and let it cool down.
