Chinese sausage fresh spring roll

It hasn't been really cold this year in HK,and I haven't felt like having Chinese sausage,winter is almost over,it's the last chance to eat some,I found a way having them without feeling too heavy,in a Vietnamese fresh spring roll.Also in the filling are prawns,jicama,shallot.

Yes,usually we associate it with winter food,it's fatty and we often make clay pot rice with it,which is very winter for us.But there is no rule.

Very often we just simply steam on rice,the rice takes on the flavour and make it really nice.We also sauté with veggies,and they are sometimes found in daikon mochi and other dim sums!
