Moist lemon drizzle cake

- Melt butter then and to a mixing bowl. Then add sugar,eggs,flour,baking powder,lemon zest, then mix

- Grease any shaped cake tin

- Tap and shake cake batter a few times in the cake pan to get cake mix even.

- Bake on 175 °C on lower shelf of oven
- 5
- In a bowl mix icing sugar and juice of 1 lemon
- 6
- Once cake is cooked prick it with holes using a toothpick
- 7
- Spoon the sugar mix over the cake
- 8
- Let the cake absorb the sugar mix for a few minutes which allows the sugar mix make the cake moist and lemony
