Just when I was thinking what I should do with winter melon this summer,I found this awesome idea!This one has been around in Sd for a long time and loved by many people,so well deserved!
I used mini size winter melon,it's more crunchy than the big ones.

In reality,I am a simple person(and becoming more) when it comes to food,most of the time I eat easy to prepared,less shopping dishes with straight forward flavors.You provide a lot of these here,but very often with something just a little more special,that's what I love about your cooking!
