Heat up Coconut Oil in a pan on medium heat. Place the Swai fillets in the oil and dash lemon pepper on the top. Fry 7 minutes and turn for another 7.

Grill the asparagus in the over on a pan lightly coated with EVOO. Rub the asparagus with whatever you like. I used cyan pepper, salt, and garlic powder.
