Yes, it was quite interesting combination, but food anyway :-)

To: Jorgemexloco actually a gratin like rice based dish in Japan is called a "Doria". Some Swiss chef while working at a hotel in Japan created the dish in the 1920's. Most people in Japan know what a "Doria" is and that's what they would call this.

To: Jorgemexloco but the combination with ratatouille makes it interesting nonetheless.
