あ!玄米ごはん!surprised!!you are very interesting person for me! sometime I lose to where you living.so 玄米 is your first time??
To: yukaringg I find myself thinking about it a lot too!I have had 玄米ご飯many times,but first time with curry,so good that I think I'll have it with curry from now on, the rice was cooked with a pressure cooker,and came out perfect,it becomes the most precious tool in my kitchen!

豆苗好細,與這裡的不一樣。和口味的好菜!
這個跟往常的豆苗不同,「我們叫翡翠豆苗」,最近才多了在市場出現,價錢也沒有像以往那麼貴,但我做的有些草青味,沒有餐廳的那麼好吃,還須硏究一下!

原來是新品種!或許可以試著在炒菜時噴些高粱酒或白酒去除青草味?記得上海的酒香草頭就是這種做法,香氣逼人!
