いかわた炒めserve with ルッコラandオリーブ

Wasn't the original plan when cooking for a friend,but decided to use the いかわたand some butter to stir fry the squid with,and served it with the lemon,salad and olives.It went really well,great collaboration with Japanese and Italian food!
Obviously the best food in Hong Kong is served at Rikk residence!! Haha

To: MangoPudding thanks,used this thing found inside the body of this Japanese squid,may be the liver,and stir fried the squid with,tasted really good,a bit like miso.
I appreciate Anunnaki for saying that,especially if you know how good she eats everyday,but I really can't compete with those places
