Mentaiko tagliolini

Love this dish! Been buying mentaiko from Tokyo for years to make this.

Nowadays can buy mentaiko at meidiya so easier to make

I use kewpie and mirin. And top with thinly sliced myoga. If I don't have myoga I use spring onions. And nori of course.
