Pound pork steaks until they are thin and soft and salt each steak, and spread Kajmak or cream cheese spread over it. Wrap the meat into the rolls and secure the ends so cheese doesn't go out. Put flour, bread crumbs and eggs in different bowls and beat the eggs. Coat the steaks into the flour, then dip them into the beaten eggs and finally roll into bread crumbs.

Fry in the hot oil on medium to low heat until golden yellow (about 10min). Serve with pieces of lemon or tartar sauce. As a side dish serve with French fries or boiled veges.

Tartare sauce: Cut pickles in small cubes, smash garlic or cut it very fine. Mix them in a bowl with other ingredients. Put in fridge to call it down. Serve over fried meat.
