prepare your favourite meats /vegetables

beat an egg

pour the egg and the ingredients into a small bowl, then mix and stir well .

add a little bit of water, then you're ready to steam about 20 minutes :)
ポイント

DO NOT add too much of water !! you may need to add just 2/3 spoon of water to make the eggs softer . GOOD LUCK :)
