Unfreeze filo sheets a day before cooking. Cook spinach in a pot with water, when it’s done drain well. Crush feta with fork, mix cottage cheese, add eggs. Cut spinach when it’s cooled and add it into cheese mixture.

Put baking sheet on a baking tray. Spread filo sheets,spread around 1 tbsp of oil on the whole surface, then top it with another sheet. Spread cheese-spinach mixture on the top of the second sheet ( whole surface evenly).

Roll gently to other side not pressing it too much, leaving the air inside. And then again roll in circle.

Place it into the tray with baking sheet and repeat the process with the rest of filo sheets( you will get 8rolls).At the end spread topping of oil and water mixture, put dry cloth on it and leave around 30min.

Preheat oven to 200C. Bake for around 30min until golden brown. Take it out of the oven and spread yoghurt + milk mixture on top and return to the oven another 10-15min. Serve warm.
