It's been so long I wanted to make these,I would like to have these thicker in shape and darker in colour,I will get the utensils needed and make it right next time.

Thank you Makiko,first time I made this,I wish I had sooner,because it wasn't difficult as I thought.They are truly great French snacks,buttery and flaky,with bits of salt I found really sensational!

You know me,I love buttery things,that's why I always make tarts,galette is something I had been wanting to make too,I waited too long,actually it's so simple to make.You will need ring molds,so they so could expand neatly,please get them,I wish to see(or smell!) yours,I know you will love them too!
I ate three so far,have to give away the rest!

These are truly great,very simple and rustic,but full of buttery aroma,I am sure that's what you like too!
I love these savoury biscuits! I prefer to make biscuits using salted butter. Salty and sweet taste is really yummy. Your galette Breton looks perfect as usual. How about trying gateau basque next time? I want to but hasn't baked yet.

It's my first time,I think there is still room to improve...
Gateau basque is on the list of things to bake,I love all these traditional French pastries/cakes!I would like to tackle them one by one!

I made this sweets twice, and...failure...😣(Challenge twice with same recipe)
I used a mold.I put oil and powder inside the mold.The dough was resting in the freezer.But both the outside and the top It is not beautiful.I can not show it ... 😣
There are too many recipes and I don't know which one is good.
Could you tell me the recipe if you do not mind?
