Sponge: Butter
25g
Spinach leaves
120g
Eggs

Salt, pepper, nutmeg
To taste
Cream: Sour cream
180g(90g for cream, 90g for decoration)
Mayonnaise
3tbs
Cream cheese

Ham

Boiled eggs

Cornishon or cucumber middle sized

Mix cheese

Decoration: (sour cream and mayo)
Cherry tomato, olives, Italian parsley
作り方

Pre-preparation:
Boil spinach lightly and drain the water. Boil 2eggs. Divide 4 egg yolks from whites, cut ham, cornishon and boiled eggs in small cubes.

Preparation of spinach dough:
Place butter in the frying pan, cook spinach, add salt/pepper and nutmeg powder. Using hand mixer (fast speed) whisk egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff.

When spinach is cooled down mix it with egg yolks. Add three spoons of egg whites into spinach & egg yolk mixture and mix it slowly. Add all remaining whites. Spread the baking sheet into the oven tray and pour mixture and spread it evenly. Bake in the preheated oven 190C for 15min. Cool it down. Cut into the four long sheets.

Cream preparation: Mix 90g of sour cream, 3tbs of mayonnaise and cream cheese. Add ham, mixed cheese, boiled eggs and cornishons.

Place one sheet on the serving plate and spread 1/4th of the mixture, then add another sheet, spread the same amount of mixture and repeat till you use all four sheets and mixture.

Mix sour cream and mayonnaise and cover the top and sides. Decorate with mixed cheese and other.

Put in the fridge to cool down.
