Panama Cotta with Strawberry Sauce

Tomorrow evening we’ll be headed to a long-awaited music festival. So my plans for this weekend were to keep it very simple and make sure we have everything prepared for our week’s camper adventure.

However, on my agenda, there’s no weekend without a dessert on the table. Therefore, even though I was determined not to stay in the kitchen too much, I gave up and made super quick Panna Cotta which I served with a just as simple strawberry sauce. 🙈
