Spinach and Ricotta Ravioli

I’ve made a habit of always storing some homemade ravioli with ricotta and spinach in the freezer. They are simply the best to-go-to food when you want a super quick meal.

Our original recipe for this dish is available in the description link (main course section). However, yesterday I decided to change things a little and baked them.

Now, if I had to choose a favorite way of preparing these little fellows, I would be at a loss. They are super delicious regarding the path they take to reach your plate.🙈
