Tell me the difference between ramen and chyuka-soba. Or is there no difference between the two?

Maybe.I think that it is good to think that ramen and Chinese soba are the same. Ramen is in Chinese and Chinese soba is in Japanese.

Thank you for the answer. I’ve never known chyuka-soba, although I love the traditional Japanese soba noodles.
