1. Put egg in the top freezer of your fridge and leave it until it is frozen. Let's say over a night.

2. Put the frozen egg in the water at room temperature for a while.

3. Separate egg yolk which is still hard and egg white which is melted.

4. Add some oil in the pan and fried the egg white first. When the bottom become white, lay the egg yolk on the center and pour the hot oil on top for a couple of times.
