Put the OLIVE OIL on a Mini pan > fresh EGG(s) many as you want > bring a pan into the Stove(medium temperature).

Wait until the egg(s) a bit cooked > put other ingredients( Chinese sausage + pinch meat + sausage)> Cook with medium temp > high temp till the toppings turn to be a bit brown.
