Notes to myself: You don't wanna season the sauce too ambitiously as it may kill the flavor of the cheese.

Hi. This can be a great warm appetizer among ordinary cold ones. And it's very easy to make. You know people do similar ones wrapped in puff pastry but I always hated what's left on the dish after they are done and that's why I've come up with this.

You just pop the cheese into your oven and bake
