To: Kaycook yes,it's fillet,choose a leaner part last night,can't have fatty food all the time!The sauce is just pan juice,grain mustard and some dark chicken stock in the freezer I made some time ago.Thank you ,so glad you like this!

This dish is made from my favorite foods. Pork, dried fig and pickled cauliflower. So I think this tastes good.
