Most talked about newly opened restaurant in Hong Kong,and certainly lives up to it's expectation!Serves tapas as well as mains,all perfectly executed by a team of kitchen staffs that had worked at well known establishment like El bulli. It's spanish food made modern with a bit of Asian twist,but ne

never stray too far from it's origin.Not cheap,but who cares,we had an wonderful evening,stomach full of great food and cava,and besides,the always gorgeous Ms I paid for this.Thank you my dear!

Actually,I was big moved from El Bulli method,very scientific!
Maybe,there are many good restaurant in the world,but only few that memorable for the guest.
I can pay high money for such a restaurant with pleasure!

I didn't have a chance to go to his restaurant.This one is not alike to the kind of things he does,actually more traditional,and when I say not cheap,I really meant when compared to other restaurants that serve tapas,in truth it's very well worth with the quality of the food.Thank you for resnap!
