Put 1tsp of sugar with yeast into warm water, wait until bubbly. Meanwhile, mix 2eggs with fork, add yogurt, oil and salt, then yeast mixture, mix well.

Start adding flour little by little mixing with spatula, then knead with hands onto the working surface until you get smooth dough. Add more flour if sticky. Dough should be soft. Leave it for 30min or more in warm place.

Mix 1 egg yolk with cheese. When it’s done knead dough and separate it in 8 pieces. You can use rolling pin to roll it.

Put a little of cheese mixture into every of 8 pieces of dough and make a round shape. Put all balls into the greased round baking dish. Let it rest for at least 20min until it grows. Spread egg white on surface and put seeds as you like.

Preheat the oven to 190C and bake for 30min. Serve warm.
