Korean style short rib with chestnut,carrot,gingko nut,shitake(栗、ニンジン、銀杏、しいたけ)
I haven't made this for a while now,it's one of my favorite Korean dish.

Thank you!I am happy you like this.I normally order this one at Korean restaurant,but from what I know,it's a festive or banquet dish.Meat is braised first,then steamed with other ingredients,that's why it's called チム.I didn't have time so I just braised it in pressure cooker.So it's not authentic a
at all.I forgot to write,but I have ナツメin it,so I guess it's 薬膳too!I use pear juice in this so it's more on the sweet side.

I also love to order this in restaurants,but I have only made this a few times.I found out the reason it's called チム because it's braised first,then steamed,I had no time so I just braised it in a pressure cooker,I know it's not authentic,but the flavours and ingredients are all there,I used pear ju
