Dinner Salad

材料・調味料 (1 人分)
Leaf lettuce half cup
romaine lettuce half cup
spinach 1 cup
cucumbers ant tomatoes sliced
1/4 each
blue berries
red onion, red quinoa, feta cheese
1 tablespoon each
raisins, walnuts tomatoes
any fish or leamn meat
作り方

Wash and prepare vegetables. Toss together, sprinkle on fruit, quinoa, nuts and cheese prior to eating. Place meat on top.
