First, saute ginger, dried red chili and white part of spring onion till fragrant.
Put in the dried chili, stir fry for anohter 2 minutes.
Put in the chicken, stir fry until the chicken changes colour.
Put in the soysouce mixure, stir for another one minute,
Put in the green part of the spring onion
