boiled shrimp

citrus juice

olive oil

vinegar

wine
1 tsp
salt & pepper

lettuce
3-4 leaves
mini tomato

sliced carrots

sliced red onion

mayonnaise

parmesan cheese
as U like
sliced pickle

作り方

Marinate shrimp in citrus juice, olive oil, vinegar, wine and salt & pepper. Blend well and chill for 10 mins. Slice baguettes in half and toast lightly with mayo.

Dress sandwich with lettuce, tomatoes, pickles and shrimp. Use remaining marinade to soak onions and carrots before topping with parmesan cheese.

Serve opened with your choice of soup.
ポイント

May use any other seafood or veggies of choice. Citrus juice may be any combination of lemon, lime, orange or other available ingredients. Other additional cheese, avocado or guacamole is also recommended.
