butter

grated onion

sliced zucchini
1/3
parmesan cheese
as U like
salt & pepper
as U like
eggs

milk
100mL
shredded cheese
as U like
bread crumbs
as U like
lemon juice

作り方

Butter pan or oven safe dish and place potatoes evenly. Bake @250℃ for 5 mins or until slightly browned. Layer zucchini evenly and mix all other ingredients except for shredded cheese and bread crumbs.

Pour in the mixture over potatoes & zucchini. Top with shredded cheese & bread crumbs and bake at 200℃ for 8-10 mins. May use a smaller size and bake in toaster oven. Garnish with parsley and cut evenly.
ポイント

May add jalapeño peppers, anchovies or other veggies or meat such as chicken to spice it up. Could use half cream to make it richer in flavour, but milk & butter do just fine. Be sure to use a slicer so veggies get cooked through.
