Stir fry Onion and Carrots in oils until an Onion getting brown, add White Peppers, Coriander Seeds and stir it once.

Move your pan/pot from the heat then 'Gently' combine Water and Oatmeal into the pan/pot together (be careful! you have to mix them quickly 😰)

Put them back over medium heat and dont forget to add a cube of soup in... (hehehe almost done!)
now... time to wait (ooh! please do not forget this thing this is most important 'you must stir it all the time' ...if you don't want to eat black congee)
Wait until it cooked... about 30sec 😤

**If its too thick, add more water **If its too light, wait on the heat until its thick **If you want more salty go add more salt **If you want more hot bring it back to the heat.. (oops! just kidding lol) **If you want more hot you can add Chilli or Peppers
