My most favorite, made this hot and healthy spaghetti sauce from fresh cherry tomato and chopped thai-basil #Vegan #Pasta #Healthy #Special Diets #Dietary

pasta
400 g
salt (for boiling pasta)
3 tbsp
cooking oil (boiling pasta)
2 tbsp
chicken broth
1/2 cup
water(for soup)
(+/-) 1/2 cup
chopped tomato
2/3 cup
fresh cherry tomato
100 g
chopped thai basil
50 g
red onion(small)

garlic

olive oil
2 tbsp
salt
2 tsp (flexibly)
brown sugar
1 tsp
oats
1/2 tbsp
white pepper
1 tbsp
thai pasley

sliced dried chillies (small)

作り方

FOR PASTA

choose your pasta type (mine was Spaghettini) cook them by the cooking time listed on the package of your pasta.

1 when water is starting to boil add salt and oil into the water 'before' add pasta!!!

FOR SAUCE

1 stir olive oils, red onions and garlics in a sauce pan with med-low heat until getting yellow (now you can feel... damnly good aroma from them hehe~)
2 pour chopped tomato, chopped basil, sliced dried chillies and stir with a bit higher heat 8sec then turn to hi heat 3sec add red wine, stir them together 5sec
3 pour chicken broth and turn your heat down to med-hi add fresh cherry tomatoes and pepper to make it tastier, stir them well and add more water when it getting dry
4 turn off the heat, gently add sugar and salt then taste it!
5 bring your cooked pasta and chopped thai pasley to sauce pan and stir (please make sure you're bringing only pasta without any water it would make your sauce lighter)

😆 all done! serve them with your own style 😋
