Sweet Chimichanga

10" flour tortilla
1 pc
Fresh banana
1 pc
Nutella
2 table sp
M&M peanut
2 table sp
raspberry sauce
3 table sp
icing sugar
1 tea sp
cinnamon powder
pinch
whipp cream
garnish
mint leaf
garning
chocolate sauce

作り方

Warm up the tortilla on both sides untill gain flexibility

Place the tortilla on a flat surface and spread the Nutella only in the center, making a rectangular shape of about 5x10 cm

Slice the banana and place it on the Nutella base togeter with the M&M

Cover the filling with a bit with raspberry sauce

Roll up the tortilla just like a. Burrito, spring roll or wrap and inset 3 tooth picks long the closing end.

Deep-fry the roll like a chimichanga,.

Deep-fry until golder andet it drain the oil out and dry.

On a plate, draw your favourite pater with the chocolate sauce and place the roll on it, then cover with the icing and sprinkle with cinnamon powder.

Finish the garnish with some raspberry sauce, whipped cream and mint leaf.
ポイント

You may need to temper the roll by holding it with tongs and submerging it slowly in the hot oil, the take it ou and repeat for about 4 timers untill start crinsping it.
