Hawaiian hamburger plate

This one has hamburger,grill pineapple,fried egg, tomato, cucumber,demiglace sauce, mayonnaise .
Not too sure wether this is a American dish or Japanese.Never been to Hawaii,but once I had a locomoco don in Tokyo and I totally love it,but everyplace seems to have a different combination of toppings,

and these are my favourite.
