お店みたいなやーつ！
鉄板貰って以来、絶対作ろうと思っていたナポリタンです。卵を敷くタイプ。昔ながらの喫茶店のパスタって雰囲気で楽しい。

スキレットと使い勝手は多分似ているんだろうな〜と想像してるんだけど、何に使うかはサイズにもよるね。
これはハンバーグやナポリタンにちょうど良いサイズ♪

Pasta ナポリタン is such iconic yoshoku dish,it's even cooler on cast iron plate,I usually see it served on the usual plate,so are there restaurants that serve this pasta on cast iron plates too?This plate has a nice shape,I love it!
Your pasta looks super delicious,with right amount of sauce,I haven't seen this with egg,must be good!

You are right, ナポリタン is 洋食 or 喫茶店's menu. Then, this iron plate is 名古屋 style, I think. They serve ナポリタン and 焼きそば with egg on iron plate.
My sauce is mixed ケチャップ, ウスターソース, トンカツソース!

Thank you for the information,I never knew there is a 名古屋 specialty of this,how interesting different Japan cities have different styles of a foreign dish,or may be its not foreign at all😊...But I love to know more about all local specialties,thanks for making this,I will definitely try!
