忙しかったなぁ。。
平日はこんな感じでごく普通な時短和食をキメ込んでおりました♪

作りたい料理は山程あるけどなかなか作る時間を取れなかったのがジレンマでした😰

でね、お膳形式を取り入れたら後片付けが少し楽になりました😊🎶

いやぁ。。そういってもえて恐縮です💦忙しい時は新しい料理にチャレンジする余裕が全くなくて、食べ慣れた和食が続いていました😁

I have heard about it,young people in Japan are paying less attention to traditional washoku these days,but not me(that's embarrassing,calling myself a young person😰),I think not only it's delicious,it's also the backbone of Japanese culture,and should be respected and treated seriously,so thanks to

you,hopefully this good tradition will pass on.I can't help but looking closely,I just like these meals too much,and frankly there are not many of these around.I also love this style of setting,everybody eat elegantly with small plates of food on a tray,while we Chinese like to share food on big pla

You know I love Chinese table setting,I think that's wonderful thing to sharing meal.even ordinary meals become fine feast if dine with many people,it's like a magic! i love chinese restaurant's big round table too.It's memorable scene even now.
