Oh, coconut butter is just a mixture of coconut oil and coconut powder.
This is what I guess from the taste of coconut butter I bought.
I love the coconut oil crunchiness when it's cooled. Don't you think ice cream covered with thin layer of coconut oil is better than covered with chocolate?
