Pasta in cream sauce with ham, chicken and garden peas

ham (strips)
120gm
chicken breast meat (sliced)
120gm
garden peas
1 cup
onion (finely chopped)
1/2 cup
butter
50gm
white wine
1/2 cup
whipping cream
100gm
parmesan cheese (grated)

作り方

Fry chopped onion in butter over medium heat till soft. Stir in ham. Add white wine and cook till all the alcohol is gone.

Add chicken and peas. cook for 2 minutes. Add cream, salt and pepper to taste.

Bring a pot of water to boil. Add 1 tsp salt into water. Cook pasta according to the time specified on the pasta packaging, minus 1 minute.

Drain the pasta, and stir it into the sauce. Cook it under low heat for 2 minutes. stir in the cheese. Serve immediately.
