Pineapple curd

Apart from citrus fruits,pineapple makes a good curd too.

熱帶水果我很喜歡菠蘿，用它做甜點最好不過，各款的curd 我也做過，這趟用菠蘿做，效果很理想，價錢還便宜得發笑的！

Pineapple is hard to resist,isn't it?
I love it just like that ,made into all those desserts,or even savoury dishes!
Of course pairing it with seafood and rice would be great,it's a very south East Asian and tropical,I am sure you have lots of good recipes featuring pineapple!
This one could be easily enjoyed whenever I crave for tropical fruits,very handy to have at home,so easy to make too!
