Caramelized pineapple with sherbet

Although it's still spring,lately I have been thinking about tropical island and food...
This one is from chef Ramsay,pineapple is blended in a blender,the juice is made into a sherbet,the flesh mixed with a caramel,also served with yoghurt.Minimal fuss with maximum flavour!

Haha,that's right,I sometime like girlie things too!But probably because of the placemat,actually it's a gift for a girl colleague,may be its the kind of thing she like most,and I used it because it fit the scene,also I don't have many bright colour things...So glad the photo gives you a sense of seaside atmosphere too,that what I was trying to create,I have been thinking about it...This is a good and refreshing dessert,pineapple is so lovely,thanks Chef Gordon Ramsay for sharing this simple recipe.

If you like yoghurt,you will love this too!II would like to fedex this to you,but I'm afraid it might melt...

Not difficult at all,just with a few props...I saw some beautiful pineapples in the market,and there was this very pleasing dessert at the back of my mind...Haha,it's full of girls here,have to seduce them a little...may be it's an idea to cool you down when summer comes too!
