Eating petai or more commonly known as stinky beans, is a love or hate relationship. Its pungent taste n smell, even among Indonesian is an acquired taste
. I cooked the dosh in three stages. First stage I grolled d prawns till 80 prrcent done, the second stage is when I stir fry the moxture of shallots, garlic, le,on grass, kafir lime leaves, bbig chili paste, a bit of chillli padi, sugar n salt till fragrantl
Final or 3rd stage is where I include the petai and prawns and mixed them well...
