Seafood tart with aosa seaweed crust

Makiko was coming to HK and I specifically asked for aosa seaweed for Ise,the packet she gave me last time is long gone and Ihave been missing it.
This time I worked it in a tart crust and had all kind of seafood to filled it,really great match!
Not completely my idea,when it comes to pastry,I have to depend on other people's recipe,I did some modification though...

I wonder this beautiful green is colored of 'aosa'. Amazing idea!!👍👍👍✨ and it's very suitable combination of aosa & seafoods!

I was very excited about this idea too,I love combining flavours from the sea,it always work!
I have tried your aosa with many dishes,but never in a tart crust,some how I could imagine it's going to be fabulous!
The colour came out really lovely too,sure this is better than spinach,it's full of nori taste!A wonderful thing we have such good ingredient to play with!

I have added a small portion of 青のり,not sure if this helped or not,but the green colour really came out pretty,not only that,it tasted amazing too!I love all seaweed products and this the first time I made tart crust with it,I am most happy with it!
