can i have the ingredients? i love eaggplant

sure
1 kg eggplant charcoal Grilled and peel ed under coold water
than fine chopped
2 garlic gloves fine chopped
300 gr tahina
3 lemon juice
salt and mix first the tahina and eggplant and salt and garlic than add the lemon juice
garnish with ment and pomegranate

served with olive oil
