Minced pork meat

Chopped cabbage

Fresh Cabbage or Pickled cabbage

Sauce: Tomato juice

200-300ml

作り方

Cut tomatoes and boil them until it will become a thick sauce. Great carrot, chopped onion, parsley and dill.

In a large bowl, mix all ingredients: tomato sauce, carrots, onion, minced meat, rice , 1tsp salt and pepper, parsley and dill.

Take 1 cabbage leaf and some mixture and begin to roll it. Repeat the procedure until you finish all the mixture.

In a large tall pot, put all the bottom a layer of chopped cabbage. On the top it put all the cabbage rolls.

Put another layer of chopped cabbage on the top of cabbage rolls.

Make the sauce by mixing all the sauce ingredients and pour it in the cabbage roll’s pot.

Let it boil at low fire around 2.30h or 3h with a lid.
