Rock salt

Horse radish

Cut the bottom of cabbage.

In a pot, pour 2l of water and boil it. When the water start to boil, put the whole cabbage and let it boil around 5min.

After 5min, take out the cabbage and take the leaf one by one, roll it and put them in jar.

Inside the jar, add dill and horse-radish.

In a pot boil 1l of water and add 1tbs of rock salt.

After boiling, add the hot water inside the jar. Close the jar well and keep it at room temperature at least for two weeks for fermenting.
