Marinate the meat: In a pot, add all the ingredients and keep the pork meat for 2-3days in the fridge.

After 2-3days, throw the water and then boil the pork meat again using the same ingredients for marinated. After boiling the pork meat very well, prepare to smoke the meat.

In a special pot for smoking, add walnuts wood chips put the grill on the top of chips and arranged the boiled pork meat on the grill’s surface.

Cover the pot and smoke the meat for around 1 hour at high fire.
