Cabbage pizzette

I have seen mini size pizza before,but it was a first time I saw a cabbage wedge on it,I bought one without hesitation.I was on the way to the Kansai airport and I found this in a bakery at Umeda station,name forgotten.This is my trial at home,the original one has ham underneath the cabbage,I did two different ones,one with bacon and the other,anchovies.

Well this one is from your home city!It really drew my attention too,I have never seen an cabbage wedge on pizza too,but it's a great idea,isn't it?And certainly tastes well too,luckily not hard to figure out how to make.
That's why I love coming to Japan,I get inspired so much,thanks to all you people!
It really is just a mini pizza,and it's made with white bread flour,the one I bought was made with wheat flour.
I did used smaller cabbage.
No I haven't been in Japan recently,but going quite soon.Tickets are cheaper now,even if they are not,I'll still find excuse to go.
Sleeping is essential for me,I don't stay up late anywhere...
