Place corn griz, corn flour, salt and baking powder in a bigger bowl and mix well. Start adding hot water litter by little and then add oil. Mix well until everything is compact.

Put baking sheet into the oven dish, pour all dough inside and flatten it. Cut the dough into pieces with a knife. Preheat the oven to 250C and bake for around 40-45min. Cut it when it’s cooled a bit.

You can eat it with plain yogurt, paprika spread, cheese, ham or cooked meals. Reheat in the microwave.
