Sorry, did not complete the last part of the instructions. Add in a dash of Chinese Hua Tiao wine in the final part of simmering. Turn off the heat once meatballs are cooked and cabbages soften. There should be substantial gravy to go over rice. Its lovely. Hope you enjoy it!
