Flourless 2 Ingredient Chocolate Cake

Chocolate or Nutella

Preheat oven to 170C. Melt the chocolate in a bowl placed over boiling water in a pot. Make sure the bowl does not touch the water.

Separate the eggs. Stir egg yolks into the chocolate when cooled.

Whip egg whites until firm peaks form. Fold egg whites into chocolate mixture.

Pour mixture into cake pan. Tap lightly to release air bubbles. Bake in oven at 170C for ~30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean if inserted.

Make sure the chocolate is the right amount. Too much or too little will affect the taste if the cake.
