Cut roots of spinach and throw them away, wash spinach and place it in boiling water on the stove with some salt in it. After boiling, cook for around two minutes and then drain well.

Crush garlic with a garlic pressure.

In separate cooking pan, place oil on low heat, add flour and mix it, add garlic and stir.(be careful not to burn.) Cut spinach finely and add it to the mixture, stirring.

After a minute start adding milk little by little, until you get creamy spinach. Adjust salt and pepper.

Best eat warm. Good with sunny-side up egg or boiled potatoes.
