Mikachi San's 柿と鶏肉の照り焼き

Although not very familiar,but I have heard of 村田 San a little,I think he is the head chef of the very famous 菊乃井，and I was talking to Ms Yukari about this restaurant too,it's her favorite place,and I make sure I'll pay a visit next time I'm in Kyoto.I really like this kind of style.This is an aweso

This was exceptional!Always catches my eyes with this kind of dish,chicken was expected but persimmon was best part!And with walnut and beans,this makes an ideal dish for autumn.Just when we were talking about Kikunoi,I get to see a dish from the chef too,I also discovered that I have a Kikunoi cook
